qytitlerot Specifies the rotation of y-axis titles

qytitlerot(phi) specifies the rotation of y-axis titles, in degrees:
phi=0 means upright,
phi>0 means rotated 90 degrees to the left,
phi<0 means rotated 90 degrees to the right.

Example:
